Writing your first column for a magazine is beyond bizarre. It’s all well and good putting your opinion down in black and white for all the world to see but what if they, that’s the wider world, disagree with you? Was I ready for such an emotional roller coaster? Well, the answer to that is both yes and no. I just didn’t expect the roller coaster to come from another angle.
